Got a few shots of what I think is a great looking livery for the C-17... before my Nvidia display drivers went out of whack. All good now tho!
This is the UKMIL C-17 by the way
My specs... A hard drive, motherboard, graphics card, some memory, a keyboard, mouse, and monitor - in other words, nothing special.

Hey Aussie... that C-17 in your sig... is it the UKMIL bird? If so... what are your settings for the shockwave lights?

Sorry, Rob! It's the FSD International C-17. After seeing your shots I looked up UKMIL C-17 and saw that it was for FSX
I'll send you the settings by PM.

Very nice. Can I get a link to the livery? The Qatar livery is one of my favourites.
Cheers

The Qatar livery is actually included with the package by UKMIL.

Here is how you can add the shockwave lights to any addon plane.
What you do is keep the original light positions. i.e. 5, 9.500, 0.500, -2.50,
find the landing lights in the .cfg under the [LIGHTS] section, it should be coded by the number 5.
and (using my example) after the -2.50, put a space and add this fx_Shockwave_landing_light // Shockwave light
after you have done that the landing light in the .cfg should look like this...
i.e.
Code:
5, 9.500, 0.500, -2.50, fx_Shockwave_landing_light // Shockwave light

By the way... the name is Chad

That's assuming you have a number 5 under lights. My C-17 didn't and I did mine by scratch using the nav lights on the wings as reference points.
I also did this with the additional taxi lights using the bottom beacon to place them where I wanted them.
A lot of trial and error, but it's worth it!
