WOW! I watched #1 & #2 and saved the site in favs for later. #1 was awesome. I would rather watch just one like that over ten with jets. I don't know who did the video, but my hat is off to them.
If God intended aircraft engines to have horizontally opposed engines, Pratt and Whitney would have made them that way.

When I saw the section your second shot is from, I remember thinking of the line in "Top Gun". It's where Viper is telling Mavrick about the dogfight he and his father were in and said, "There were bogeys like fireflies all over the sky."
