Close, but no cigar. It's Kazunori Ito's F9F-8 COUGAR, one of my all time favorites.
It took me a long time to find one, and I'm ashamed to say, I don't remember where I got it. I just know I did several searches before finding it and even gave up for a while. If memeory serves, it was incomplete and I had to email Ito for the rest of the files.
