No, me too. After posting I noticed the rotor blades don't look right.  Undecided I was looking more at the great scenery.

Funny, I missed the "missing rotors" myself... probably would not have posted this series. Anyway.. yes, this is the FS9 version "converted" to FSX but like many of the FS9 aircraft in FSX, the spinning prop or rotors do not show up or look translucent in FSX. They do not "blend" well with other textures as you can see below with the rotor spinning past the tree line.

Just to prove this chopper was flying with rotors and not some new experimental aircraft.. I found 1 shot in the folder that shows the rotors...

it doesn't use rotor blades, it is a new Experimental that uses 'light beams' emitted from a central hub to obtain flight.   that way there is no rotorwash when trying to load/unload injured passengers.


I for one just hope that the lightbulbs do not go out or everyone is going to be in trouble just like the Medivac that went down recently here in South Carolina that was enroute from M.U.S.C. back to Conway..... 3 souls lost.
