The sky is amazing, but whys the ground all blur? Motion effect or whatever?

background and motion yea, the main focus is the sun rising and the plane itself

I don't really like the blur. I feel like I could get the same effect if I turned the quality way down. It just seems to bring the screenshot down. Great angle and colors though.

I agree with Brando, if you edited this the same way without the blur of the scenery im sure you could pull out an even more stunning shot. The sky is just pure beauty but with a small tough around it and think shot could have people saying wow.
