expensive, well, maybe, but this, I still think, is by far the best model for FSX!

I got a question:

if you fly a prop plane high enough will it produce a contrail even?  I only seen jets and b-17's do it so I don't know. Smiley

You've answered your question there......what powers a B17? Wink

Contrails are simply particles of ice. These are caused by water vapour being spewn out of an aircraft's engine (no matter what fuel it burns, water will be there) into a very cold environment (-40C ish).....So possible with any type of combustion engine providing you can get it that high....

The P-47 has 2500hp and a turbosupercharger system.  Keeps forcing that air in there even when there's not much air outside.  Wink
