I'm thinking of getting the Iris Vulcan, but I want to know what the external model and textures are like. The photos i've seen of it are too small to see if the aircraft has been rendered well. Is it any good?

The exterior and interior textures are beautiful, its great model. Nice and crisp VC instruments. I find it really fun to fly.

Great. Are the frame rates poor?

My specs can run it very smoothly:
Intel core duo @ 2.53ghz
4GB ram
Vista 32
Geforce GTS 250
The flight dynamics are a bit trick at first, but once you get used to it, you'll be fine.

I bought it just a few days after posting this message and I agree. It's great! The exterior model is amazing, and the VC is good (although it could be a little bit better), but what do you expect for AUS$49.99? Very pleased with it!

Iris are great at their sound packages so i would trust that the sound is good in this Vulcan. As it is in the Christen Eagle, F-14. F-16D and all their packages the sound is mostly high quality.

The soundset is not default. When you startup the Vulcan it sounds amazing. I am quite pleased with it overall!
