I don't really know much about aerobatic planes; but after watching the Red Bull Air Race, I like them lol. So what is the best plane for aerobatics for FSX?

You have a few choices for FSX. I'll just give you the aircraft names so you know what to look out for in your browsing. Most mentioned were created for 2004, but may work fine in FSX if you try.
Extra 300 (default)
Sukhoi Su-26 & 31
Zivko Edge 540
CAP 230
CAP 10 (good one for FS2004 by Samdim. Freeware)
BAe Hawk (Red Arrows team)
Boeing F-18 Hornet (Blue Angels)
F-16 Fighting Falcon (Thunderbirds)
Fouga Magister (old Patrouille de France aircraft. Good one by Restauravia FS team for 2004.)
Dornier Alphajet (current French display team craft. Good one in the SimV download library for 2004.)
Zlin Z-50 (good one for FSX by Tim "Piglet" Conrad)
Zlin Z-526 (out there for 2002 and 2004 with some patches. Currently up to version 3.)
Zlin Z-142 (more of a tourer but is respectable. Great one on
www.flightsim.cz
)

I reeeeally like the default extra 300s. They made some improvements to it in the Acelleration pack so you can now maintain a half knife edge. But it still does some strange things sometimes.
The Aeroworks ARX-5X Coyote - Version 2 thats available on the main site is loads of fun, nice high roll rate and bags of spare power. Its not a real world aircraft though as far as I know. But still worth a look.
And the Cristen Eagle II, also availble here is fantastico!! Looks as good as it flies. (you`ll need the cockpit instrument glass fix if your sp2`ed)
It`s worth noting that to get the best out of any of these, you need (imo) to max all the realizim settings. And have your joystick sensitivity set pretty high. It will make them a bit of a handfull at first, but when you get used to em you`ll be able to do more impressive moves. There are also a few decent tutorials on how your supposed to fly competition figures... (somewhere)...
Have Fun !!!

Rich, you've clearly never seen the things I do in an An-225
They don't call me Captain Puke For Sure without good reason, mind you I still rate my inverted loop of the Golden Gate in Concorde as one of those high points in my daftness
Although getting the 225 down into Lukla rocked as well

A 225 into Lukla; inverted loop of the Golden Gate bridge... how on earth
I've got to try this.
