I know that MAAM-SIM, made an XC-47 for FS9.  This is EXACTLY what I am looking for ... but UNFORTUNATELY.. you have to have purchased their Douglas DC-3 cd in order to be able to install it.  NOT GOOD!!!!!!   all that I want is the XC-47, but I do not want everything else that supposedly comes on their CDROM.   Does anyone know of anyplace else that might have a DC-3 Amphibian???

Also, I am STILL looking for an Aim-9M Sidewinder Missle.  Someone on here said that they would make it, but in all that was roughly 6 months ago and they have not replied to any posts on this forum since then.    Would anyone else be willing to build it??

The only stand alone XC-47 I could find are for FS2000, 98 and 95. Search for XC-47 at Flightsim.com of you want to try.

@flightsim.com, nothing found.

if FS2000, 98, or even 95 aircraft will show in FS9.... I can change the panel gauges to what I want them to be and where I want the gauges located; so that is not a problem to me.

Example, this is the 2d panel for an old wooden ship that has a Blimp Balloon above it and it can fly.   (not my idea, was made by Harkennen over at Surclaro.com)

in the pic, you see the Gear Lever (as it does have landing gear for runways/land), right and left fuel gauges, X-feed switches for fuel, Altimeter, Airspeed, compass, and flaps.   SIMICONS = Radio stack, ATC, MAP, GPS, Engine Throttles

...
