Planning to move FS9 to a new drive - all by itself.  From what I've read, if the four disk FS9 is fresh installed on the new drive then, using  the current drive as slave, all my FS9 files can be copied intact to the new drive.  Is this doable?

Trying to envision all the scenarios that answer could cover is mind boggling  Smiley.

Yes. Provided your new install is done right (make sure it works first), you should be able to move any and all add-ons to the new drive. Might be a good idea to also replace the "stock" FS9.cfg file on the new drive with whatever one you had before.
More advice: before moving everything over, do some house-cleaning of those folders. Get rid of any stuff you haven't used or don't like so much.

Good advice - thanks.
