It's only taken 10 years (I started flying in August 1999!), but I totted up my logbook today, and realised that last week I flew my 1000th hour. Hurrah!

The good news is that about 700 of them have only taken two and a half years (the last 2.5!), so hopefully the progression will be a little quicker now! Smiley

It's a lot easier when the average sortie length is 4-5 hours! Compared to others I know 1000 is fairly insignificant! Grin

If only I could do quarterly totals. Sadly the logbook's a monthly task!
