Congrats on your first lesson - bet it was fun.  Had my first back in 1966 and 43 years later that Skyhawk probably flies pretty much the same  Smiley.  Quite a panel in that bird - looks like lots of studying to get the hang of all that.  Don't forget to look outside  Smiley.

Congrats on your first lesson Wink

That looks like a nice instrument panel and GPS, but don't forget keep your eyes outside. Also, try to learn how to navigate using other methods instead of relying on the GPS too much.

Give me steam powered instruments anytime.... Grin

Congrats!   Cool

Reminds me I haven't been back to N07 in a long time (did much of my training and my first solo there, with a now-defunct flight school). It's a cool little airport.

You will get a lot out of flying out of Lincoln Park- dealing with the short runway and the nearby CDW Class D will be good experience.

I assume you flew with LPA? I used to rent from them; a great outfit with some nice people.

Hi all, sorry for the late response, to answer questions:

We flew for about 45 minutes, and I do my training with LPA wings correct, formally known as "Aero Saftey Training".

I also intern there just doing odd jobs, I get a discount on lessons and I get to be around airplanes all day, so yeah you'll usually find me out on the ramp cleaning the C172's  Grin
