Looks like a Mirage F1 to me. The general front of the plane is very similar, and in the slow motion bits; you can make out the wings and tail-plane... Which also look very similar to the F1.

I thought it was a harrier at first look but it does appear to be a Mirage of some sort, Mirage F1 is my guess
I paused it right when it's over his head and it looks very similar to a AV-8B Harrier

I was thinking a Mig-23. I don't think it looks like a Harrier, the wings are too long.
