Ok guys,

Heres a stumper for you.  I have looked around, and I am wondering if anyone has come across a hopefully FREEWARE "Amazon scenery package" or addon.  I am sure that FSGlobal 2008 has it in there, or one of the other 'GLOBAL' packages have it, but I do not want to update the entire world at this time.  I am just going for particular areas/regions as my laptop will not really support a Global Mesh update...... nor will my wallet!! (ie, i do NOT have money to drop on global meshes.

if there is no stand-alone addon for just the Amazon, could someone please try to make one?? It would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks.

..as FS Global, et al, only contains scenery "mesh", (not actual scenery), you will obtain a similar effect by installing your desired scenery area from here....>>>>>

I'm confused here, are you wanting 'scenery' or 'mesh', because they are two VERY different things.

Mesh determines how 'bumpy' the terrain is.

Scenery, is what you see sitting on that mesh.

If you have added no 'scenery' for that area, it isn't going to look much different with just mesh, as it's a fairly flat area to start with. Wink

It WILL make a GIANT difference in mountainous & hilly areas though.
