People, we just have to remember that the Aussies have those "super-computers" that makes it so they can run FSX!! After all, they have to have something to do rather than look at shrubbery!!
....
...
...!
I love it when an FSX discussion involves a friendly spot of humour....
...
...
...
...instead of the usual fist-fight!...

I wonder what the perf hit is like
One thing I've learned with FS, if you have to ask about the performace hit, then you probably don't want the super cool new addon.
Joking of course, that looks killer, something I'll obviously never be able to run.
He never did answer the question of what scenery it was.
Still waiting for the FS9 version.
(why? because it's about a thousand dollars cheaper than upgrading my computer to run the FSX version.
)
If you get rex then the gain in fps will even out with the clouds most likely.
I went from 10 in default to 20 with Rex

What are you saying about Melbourne Paul???
....
...!
Sorry, Sports...
...!
...its just something which regularly pops up in the news...
...and is rather scary!...
....
...!
So many FSX'ers seem to live there!...
...!
..and may account for the aggressive, argumentative nature of some of our FSX Sim V Members...
...
...!
Backs to the Wall, Chums!..

....

Lulz Paul. Aggressive? Yeah, of course we get aggressive when the sim makes our computers run as fast as a 500 kg guy walks to his nearby store :x

On topic: these look smicko, and will have a lot more depth to the sim i reckon. My frames have gotten better since buying REX
