Sorta. Although airfoils do exist, this is simply an inverted Blue Angel F/A-18 with the canopy removed, inverted, and placed on the bottom of the aircraft. I was just in one of those crazy moods.  Grin
Hmm, I just realized. I've been that way ever since I changed my avitar.  Roll Eyes Cheesy Grin

Edit: Actually, I guess I should have said hydrafoil, though both exist and airfoil is aviation related, but the edit is supposedly changing aircraft to watercraft.
