Are they default or downloaded aircraft?

I get this problem with downloaded aircraft sometimes and I have the default clouds.

I don't think this is a problem with rex. I see it with some aircraft that are ported over from FS9 and are not fully compatible with FSX. (You can sometimes also see it with ground objects in addon sceneries).
