This is a press release for Virtual Central Intelligence Agency whom is a new agency to the virtual community.  vCIA is in need of staffing personal for both Head Quarters and the North American Division.  Persons you are interested in joining a team that will exercise discipline have fun laying the ground work down for a new VA that will pave the way for future members please feel free to apply.

     Applicants interested in joining must be available to at least check and respond to e-mails 4 times a week at minimum. To ensure activity stay high so vCIA may get off the ground in a timely manner so others interested in joining to fly for the agency may. vCIA will be doing clandestine operations throughout the world using various types of aircraft. The aircraft that will be allowed will be a wide range pretty much whatever the member decides to use in the prop class as long as they are trained and qualified to operate and the aircraft is authorized by their division leader, also jet aircraft and helicopters will be used and eventually we will be doing co-op missions with and for other government agencies.

     The plan for training department to be open and accept applications for pilots will be in fall and hopefully full operation by winter. If progress is made however sooner than operations will begin at a earlier time.

HQ
Chief Officer of Flight Operations
-Will develop operation manual on how the agency will operate its aircraft fleet as well as be part of planning for missions. Will be in charge of all divisions. Reports to Deputy-director
Training Administrator
-Will create a training program that VATSIM will authorize to be apart of the special operations, will continue to improve training process and also oversee all training programs throughout divisions.
Chief Intelligence Officer
-Will Collect different type of intelligence using any source possible. Will report findings to deputy-director.
Public Affairs and Legal Officer
-Performs advertising will be the POC (point of Contact) if we need to coordinate a multi agency operations, example we need vUSAF to transport our small aircraft or operatives. Will also double as the Legal officer
Webmaster
Help design website and maintain.
North America Division Group

Located at Langley, Va. may subject to change.

North American Division Leader -- Over see's entire Division group will report to Flight Operations

Senior Field Officer -
                           Will assist the Division leader, and act as division leader when division leader is on LOA, vacation, etc. Reports to Division Leader.

North American Training Coordinator -
                          Ensures members with in division completes training in a timely manner and will offer assistance to members as needed. Runs and operates division training program. Reports to Senior Field Officer and/or Training Administrator.

Information Collector-
                           Collects Intelligence related to his/her division, reports to senior field officer and/or chief Intelligence officer

Prop Commander single/multi -
                           acts as a wing commander for those pilots who will be operating in single or multi engine propeller aircraft and will routinely perform exercises to ensure readiness. Reports to Senior Field Officer

Helicopter Commander-
                           (same as above description)

Jet Commander-
                           (same as prop commander)
