When ever I upload an image to show it says I only have a maximum attchment size of 100kb but my photo is 3mb so please help me. Thanks

Have you converted it into a JPG instead of BMP?

what format is the picture in JPEG or BMP. if BMP convert it to JPEG then see what file size it becomes.
