Hello.
I am pretty new to gmax scenery creation and I apologize if this question has come up before.  I have created a scenery object and successfully textured it in gmax, however I am unable to view the texture on the object when I put it into FS2004.  I have tried to put the texture file into a number of texture directories with no luck.  Can someone please tell me where the texture file goes so that FS2004 can apply it to the object?  Thanks.

Make sure that the texture is in 32bit or DTX1 format, it won't show up otherwise.

You should put the texture in either the addon scenery/texture folder, or just the texture folder.

Good luck!  Cool

Hey.
You must have 2 textures.
e.g. object1.bmp
and
object1_Lm.bmp
The second is the nighttextur.
Both must be in Gmax Material.
Have You ?

In my Gmax is a bug.
By converting in xml.

Open xml with wordpad .
In the alt must be a dot. not a comma,
