Intresting.
If those are real NVG's with any sort of worth to them I cant see the Prestige boxset being less than a couple of hundred in any currency. Even if they are just a cheap "toy" your still looking at well over 100 £/$'s

£6 in Sainsburys...
No doubt you're right on the price of this though. It'll be interesting to see exactly what the "NVG's" are.

I'd imagine they run along a simmilar thing to the video cameras that have a "night vision" mode on them. Useful to about 3 feet, beyond that your better just eating carrots for dinner.

He did say they were real NVGs but the range will probably be about 40 feet ....
In Australia since everything popular (eg Gaming) the prices get jacked up!!! it is $44 AUD above the US price!!! But JB-HiFi is selling it at $90AUD which is great because everywhere else is selling at $130AUD

I was just gunna post that link.
Looks cool but im just gunna get the game, I hate these boxes anyway...
Better than what Halo did though, these can actually be useful.
I really want the Call of Duty first game that is going to be on the dashboard but do you think the $60 game will have the token or do I need the legendary crap.
Sincerely, Tyler

I think the real AN/PVS-7B Night Vision Goggles, that cost thousands of dollars are crap....
Good luck with those cheap ones....

Just pray that it doesn't turn out being a flashlight taped to a pair of goggles...
I tried it once when I was younger, everyone could see me.

That is exactly what they are. Look in the end of the "lens" and you can see a nice rose of LED's, so cheap crap for the gullible.

I have a weak spot for those super limited mega editions... I have the Masterchief helmet on my desk too. But yeah, I can see that the NVGs are mostly for show. Considering that a basic 'real' pair can probably cost 3 times as much as the entire prestige set, the quality and functionality is probably going to be quite bad.
I still like the looks of them, but it is going to be terribly poor.
