For the plane: Go to the 'Adjust' tab in the PSP menu bar and select :

'Automatic Color Adjustment' and move the slider more to the right (blue) side to better match the hue in the background photo. The plane is just a little too much on the red side and really pops out of the pic. Wink

Other than that, you have a very nice shot set up, and you did a fine job on the wing tip contrails. Cool

Looks good!  Cool

IMHO the plane could have been made with a little of a blue tint to match the background.

Edit: You beat me to it , Shane!  Grin

Before you do the cutout, create a new layer, and trace the outline of the prop and mark the center point,  when you get to the point of doing the prop for the pic, you can use this outline to get the exact size & angle you need for the plane.

Try it a few times, and you'll be busting them out like nothing. Wink

Not sure how you do the blur (looks fine. Wink ) but I first do the radial blur, and then use Gaussian blur on a low setting.  gives it a nice realistic motion look I think. Wink

Paint shop isn't so bad huh? Wink
