All KB commands and aircraft specs are listed in a manual called  Flight Sim 2004 by D. Radcliffe and A. Mahood. But there is probably a list of same somewhere on the net or in this forum.

The default assigned keyboard command list is viewable from the Kneeboard.

If you want a printed list open the Learning Center>Index tab, and under K look for 'Key Commands'--'Complete list of'.

Or look in the ...\Flight Simulator 9\Aircraft\ folder for the kneeboard_keys.htm file, and open and print from Internet Explorer.
