Hi.

    I'm building a new computer and I was wondering if I can download Windows 7 and use if for my OS without having another OS installed first?

    I know the release of Windows 7 is scheduled out in October but I was hoping I wouldn't have to buy another OS like Vista first before purchasing and installing Windows 7.
