It seems that there isn't, at least not yet. Although before you go off painting it, you could create a paint kit for it, which would do both you and everyone else in the FS world some good.

I guess you really mean a paintkit.

Any existing paint can be used as a template

Thanks, I'll have a go at painting my own F/A-18. Probably end up as a disaster, but hey, what the heck!
