May 25th, 2009- Manhasset, New York- Empora Air executives have announced the need to add to their staff team. Chief Executive Officer Paul Marcus stated “Empora is rapidly growing, and the need to add members to our team has become apparent to us". Empora seeks qualified candidates for the following positions:

Chief Technology Officer (CTO)**:
     The Candidates should have the following qualifications:
-Have advanced web design skills
     -Know HTML
     -Be willing to update and modify Emporavirtual.com as needed
-Be at least 13 years of age
     -Reports to Empora Chief Executive Officer

Benefits and Salary:

     Base Salary: $175,000-$225,000*
     401K matching program*
     Family Health and Dental Insurance Plans*
     5,000 Shares in Company Stock*

Vice President of Marketing and Communications
     Candidates should have the following qualifications:
     -Be at least 13 years of age
     -Able to create graphics and use PhotoShop or other graphic editing programs
     -Have creative writing abilities
     -Able to effectively communicate with the public through press releases
     -Reports to Empora Chief Operating Officer

     Benefits and Salary:
     
     Base Salary: $150,000-$175,000*
     401K matching program*
     Family Health and Dental Insurance Plans*
     2,500 Shares in Company Stock*

Chief Operating Officer of LuxServ subsidiary
     -Preferably 15 years of age or older (exceptions can be made)
     -Be able to communicate to employees and general public about LuxServ affairs
     -Have the ability to work in a team environment
     -Have knowledge of the airline industry
     -reports to CEO of LuxServ subsidiary

     Benefits and Salary:

     Base Salary: $200,000-225,000*
     401K matching program*
     Family Health and Dental Insurance Plans*
     4,000 Shares in Company Stock*

Chief Executive Officer of LuxServ subsidiary
     -Preferably 15 years of age or older (exceptions can be made)
     -Be able to communicate to employees and general public about LuxServ affairs
     -Have the ability to work in a team environment
     -Have a knowledge of the airline industry
     -Have a knowledge of the European air industry
     -Reports to the Empora Air Board of Directors


     Benefits and Salary:

     Base Salary: $250,000-300,000*
     401K matching program*
     Family Health and Dental Insurance Plans*
     8,000 Shares in Company Stock*
     
Vice President of Research and Development
-Preferably 15 years of age or older (exceptions can be made)
-Be able to perform quality research for the airline
-Able to work in a team environment
-Have knowledge of the aviation industry
-Reports to the Empora Chief Operating Officer

Salary and Benefits

     Base Salary: $150,000-200,000*
     401K matching program*
     Family Health and Dental Insurance Plans*
     5,000 Shares in Company Stock*
