Using the Simviation server:
Starting at Cabo Juan Roman (SCAS), we will work our way south to Carlos Ibanez Del Campo Intl (SCCI) in a series of 8 flights.
This is some gorgeous mountain valley coastal scenery, very reminiscent of coastal Norway & the Pacific North-West.
Here is the first trip to Occur twice, once on Saturday May 30th, at 3p.m est / 8pm gmt 0, and again on Sunday the 31st, at the same time.
Hop 1 / 8
Recommend High performance props for this tour, some of the cruising altitudes are pretty high,
and for those wanting to dip in and out of valleys along the way.
Amphibians will also feel right at home on this trip.
Hope to see you there!

Nothing larger than a King Air, nothing slower than a 182.

...its only a 26 mile Hop which will be over in a few minutes, so I just need something which is powerful enough to climb out of any valleys without being large and clumsy...
I would liked to have used use my trusty Cessna 150 Aerobat for the short trip, but she may run short of breath...

Please ignore the nice, straight, red line on the map.
We will be winding our way through the valleys to our destination.
May take a little bit longer, but the views are definitely worth it.
The actual route will more resemble the blue line.

Just be aware Paul, that I never tried to go
over
the mountains with the C150.
But it does go around them following the blue line above quite nicely.
And I also did a small displacement upgrade on my C150 with the help of Brett to get her to up to a 175kt cruising speed and a 220kt top speed.
My C150 has a C172 engine in it.

Jordan was still on & he told me.
I take a right turn and follow a winding valley that empties out on the opposite end of the runway from the main valley.

Do this flight over in a C150. And stay below 1500ft, and take the way I did, and it's about a 10-15 minute flight, filled with twists and turns and ups and downs.

Mic & I did the flight in a C150 and a C206 amphib at first, and then decided to bomb some visitors at the next airport over.
This is real low & slow country for me.
