Hi Matt.....I am using foam board as "skin" but the framework is a simple pinewood structure...Once I have some work that shows how it´s developing I´ll send some pics. Foam will cost no more than US $30.00-40.00 and the framework about $20.00 to $30 Buckaroos!!!!!.....hope to have it ready for my three screen set up by Dicember.
............This will be areally the "Poor Pilot´s Cockpit"!!!!

PS.....I might get away with less cost, so anyone can make one.
