I wouldn't.  If I'm looking at the right model (different brand maybe), You'd be MUCH farther ahead spending a little more (in this example, $10) to get something like this.

For FS9, more than 512mb of video memory is probably a waste. Also, the 256 bit memory, and the number of stream processors is twice that of the first model, which would offer up much greater performance.

The one thing you might wish to consider in either case would be a beefier power supply. While the one you have now might be enough for the card you're looking at (hard to say with only wattage info given), a good power supply is the heart of a stable system, and not something you want to be just "good enough".
