Hi me and my friend like flying but we live in diffrent suburbs, I gave him my fsx and was wondering if we would be able to play multiplayer together or not with the same serial. If that is not possible, i guess ill have to pay for a second copy.

You'll have to purchase a second copy, anything else is piracy and I'm sure MS have put in preventative measures.

With the FsHost software, you can do multiplayer sessions between FSX and FS2004 users, so you don't both need to have FSX.

...you BOTH have to have your own registered version of the Sim (either FS2004 or FSX) installed on your individual computers.

....as Andrew says, you can then fly together using the Multiplayer option in the separate Sims, on both computers...

FS 2004 Pilots can fly with FSX Pilots, and vice versa!

...which is what the rest of us do... Smiley...!

You wont upset Uncle Bill then!...Wink...!
