I like to fly out of Memphis International (MEM) which has three parallel runways 18-36 Left,Right,Center, and one crossing runwayway, 9-27.

I notice everytime I use ATC it will only clear me to takeoff or land on 36-Right. I tried changing the wind direction to a strong direct crosswind favoring 9-27 but still only get cleared to taxi to 36-Right.

I know sometimes you can get a dropdown menu to choose another runway, but not in this case. Anyone have any suggestions or know how to modify this?

Or you could edit the AFCAD that you're using now.
