Time: Saturday, April 25 @ 4pm US Eastern.

Route:

Verona Villafranca LIPX

-

Milano Linate LIML (unless there is a strong request for Malpensa)

-

Zürich Kloten LSZH

I am not sure if just going direct will be easier than airways in the case of the FS flight planner. I will add another post later on with the flight plan specifics.

Suggested aircraft:

Short-Medium haul jetliner. I will be using the Captain Sim 757-200 in FS2004.

Scenery:

Zurich
http://lszh.aviation-art.ch/index.php?option=com_phocadownload&view=category&id=...
(Just click one download link, they are just mirrors of the same file. EXCELLENT piece of freeware scenery. Up there with the best payware!)

Italy airports:
http://walhalla.mine.nu/fs2004/italy.html

Airport information:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Verona_Airport
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Linate_Airport
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zurich_airport

No guarantees on the time at this point. I'll update this thread with any necessary changes as the time approaches.

So far so good for the flight.

I'll post FS Flightplanner images soon, but while you're waiting:

Repaint for the default Lear 45 representing an Italian company:
airvalleelear.zip

Italian BAE 146-200:
bae146_azzurra.zip
bae1462_murchinson_airsal.zip

Swiss BAE: (no image included, but the quality seems ok when looking at the actual texture files.)
swissair_express_bae146-200.zip

As should be obvious, using these textures is completely up to you guys. I just was looking for something fitting for the route, but use whatever you want!
Wink

I will also be using the "Italy 2004 SRTM mesh" found on the Walhalla.mine page.
Beyond that, my 757 will be outfitted with the nice livery of "Blue Panorama Airlines."
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Blue_Panorama_Airlines

Almost forgot to mention. AES works for free at Verona and Zurich, and works as a time limited, one-credit demo at Linate.

You know, I had opened up the server webpage this afternoon, and saw your callsign, but I thought, "No, there's either a problem with the server not reporting his Beech Baron right, or someone else is using his callsign. That couldn't possibly be Fozzer blasting around the skies in a jet".... Grin
