The easiest way manually? Just use a sheet of paper, and add the hours from each column in turn.

For example, say this is the PIC/P1 column for a certain time:

0.55
0.35
1.10
0.40
2.15
etc...

I would just run down the scrap paper thus:

0.55
1.30
2.40
3.20
5.35
etc etc...

Which will leave you with the relevant total at the end. You can do this with all the columns, and then to check the total time, you can then add up the row at the bottom of a page with the total from each column (P1, P2, Dual/(Pu/t), night P1, P2, dual, sim, actual), which should match the total time. Smiley

Practice is best. Over time one's logbook uses less and less tippex!
