That was cool ...... I was lucky enough to play in an orchestra years ago that did a piece based on the Hooked on Classics/pop tapes (older members will remember them). Instead of being serious exerts from classical tracks there were visual and musical jokes right through the composition. The cannons in the 1812 overture were big placards saying BANG!! ..... the dance of the sugar plumb fairy was done on the tuber .... etc . It all made for a rather enjoyable finale to some of the lighter programmes we did.
