I was playing around trying to make some 'real' 3ds Max objects and thought I'd try my desk lamp, and put it on the shelves next to me. I still need to work on the lighting and shadows, but I think it's coming along well...

looks pretty good... just for the time being, until you can put the lightbulb in, it might be a little dark in the room. Might want to turn on the overhead until you get the light bulb in it.
