Is it just me or is the Forums being slow
It just hangs on waiting for
www.simviation....
. blah blah For 20seconds before receiving anything
And anytime I download anything from anywhere i get about 30kb/s but when I download something in steam (most of you wont know what that is, It's a online games store) I get a healthy 150Kb/s
So what is going on

Only a problem if it goes on. These things are always temporary.
If you want to try an immediate fix you can
1. Re-connect to your ISP (reboot router?)
2. Reboot your machine
3. Try a 'tracert' - Go to Start - Run and type: tracert

; - watch the results. It may tell you if there is a problem at some point between your PC and simviation.

There's nothing worse than having a Poo Modem...
....
...!
I find that if my Computer has been running for many hours during the day, lots of "things" start to slow down....
...!
But, as Pete suggested, a shut-down and a restart, (which resets the Modem as well), generally cures the problem....
...and is always worth performing, before loading up any Computer Game......a fresh start...
...!
Paul...with a cute little plug and play, Zoom, ADSL USB wired modem...(and no Router)...
