I downloaded the very enjoyable and complete Globe Swift models for FS09 by Custom Classics, Lynn abd Bill Lyons.  There are four versions, one "classic," one on floats, one on skis, and one rebuilt hod-rod version. (There is a Willys Jeep too, which is fun to take for an off road spin!)

The amphibian has an ADF in the panel that the classic and the ski plane do not. I wanted to add the ADF to the ski and classic versions, so I edited the panel.cfg 's to add the radio and gauge. This worked fine in the ski version and it operates as expected. But in the classic version, even though the radio shows up with the indicator, and the knobs work on both, the indicator needle doesn't react.

I have done a detailed cross check to be sure I haven't done anything different between the ski version and the classic version edits.

What am I missing? Is there someplace else I need to add the gauge and radio to get it to work?

Thanks,

Check the aircraft.cfg file [Radios] section and see if the ADF is 'available'.

if:
adf.1=0

change to:
adf.1=1
