Other than www.fltsim-bevs.com, which is a deadend to a bunch of Google-type URL listings, does anyone know of a working URL to BirdsEyeView.  They claim to have a forum and I have questions about their install.

He is clearly asking about a forum, not where to purchase it.  Roll Eyes

Just got an email from the vendor from whom I purchased the BirdsEyeView download and, while they're not confirming the outfit's no longer in business, they are admitting that support is 'sparse'.  Doesn't sound good.  What I need is someone who has installed the software successfully and can walk me through the process.

Those VOZ textures look good - too bad they're confined to Australia.  Since you're a previous owner of BEV, could you possibly give me a some advice on installation.  My first and only attempt, the installer got me to Program files with several unzipped.  After I unzipped, the only evidence of a new presence in my Scenery List was that all waterways were now black.  Their configurator hasn't made much sense yet and program suppost seems nonexistent.  At the moment, it's uninstalled and liable to remain that way.  Twelve bucks and a lesson learned.  Right now I have Ultra Terrain Canada/Alaska over FS Genesis Worldwide so will probably go with UT/USA when it's available on disk.

VOZ textures were designed for 'down under' but apparently they function well and look good anywhere in the world, I think there is an option in the configurator to use the textures globally........as for BEV, it has been a while since I used them and I honestly dont remember anything about the install. If I hadnt already dropped my cash on Ground Environment then I'd be all over VOZ, and my suggestion is take your lumps on the $12 for BEV(like I did Roll Eyes) and try out VOZ

Installing a VOZ regional texture set will activate those textures globally, and it usually looks pretty good anywhere if you activate the North or Southeast set.
