I was put off by quite a few reviews on this.

Is it still full of bugs and glitches?

It needs a decent pc to get the most out of it, no glitches yet(fingers crossed)

I have it but as said, the PC needs to be high spec to get it to run to an acceptable level. I was also put off by the fact it lacks the same atmosphere and general feeling of the first game. I loved that one, but was rather dissapointed by clear sky.
