nice shot
but i would say to swap it around so the background would be blured and the stang to be more visible

Depends on what kind of "mood" he is trying to project. If he is going for the "ground spectator in shock of the speed of a vintage plane" mood, he NAILED it(I mean, that is GREAT if that's what you are going for). But, if you are looking at it from the planes view, then the background needs to be blurred(would like VERY nice too!)

I get the feeling of being on the ground and being surprised by a very low, fast Mustang. And a blurry, out of focus plane is how you would see it. I wouldnt change a thing. Good edit!
My specs... A hard drive, motherboard, graphics card, some memory, a keyboard, mouse, and monitor - in other words, nothing special.

I agree with RAFLeigh. A photographer would aim to give the impression of speed by blurring the background. The subject of the photo (the aircraft) would be as sharp as possible.

I also would add the shadow being blurry. This is because if the plane is blurry, it won't have a clear shadow
