TGI Launches Quality Assurance (QA) Department

As Trans Global International VA continues to grow, it has been decided by the board to create a Quality Assurance (QA) Department.  The role of the QA Department is to ensure the service Trans Global International VA provides is both fit for purpose and meets both members and visitors requirements.  A decision was made to appoint Michael and Peter Hannant for the role of Quality Assurance Officers in order implement the need to improve the standards and experience of Trans Global International VA.  We hope that you join us in welcoming Michael and Peter to their new role and wish them many success in improving our virtual airline.  You can contact the Quality Assurance Department by e-mail QualityAssurance@transglobalinternational.co.uk

Other Key Responsibilities Include

Compliance with international aviation standards wherever possible, ensuring we provide a highly realistic experience.

Ensuring our member expectations are met and coordinating the relevant activities required to meet the high standards that will be set by the management team.

Monitor and advise on the performance of the virtual airline and produce data and reports on its performance through the use of online tools and member questionnaires.

Liaise with members and non members alike to ensure that the service provided is up to the expected standard.

Advise the management team on any potential changes that may be required and consider their method of implementation.

Ensure that the virtual airline can provide the training, software, and techniques to enable us to achieve the expected high standards.
