I was on the internet looking for some great flight simulator websites and came across a few id like to share:

http://www.simtours.net/tours.php- A great site with cool scenic places for flight simmers to enjoy.  It also has a forum section full of fsx glitches and a fsx rewards section.  It also contains a misc. section with different stuff, including a section filed with dangerous approaches.

http://www.fsdestinations.com/- Another great fs site that is filled with user created flightplans.  It contains 300 flightplans (106 VFR) (194 IFR)  These flightplans include a ETA gate to gate, suggested weather, suggested add on aircraft and where to get them, and most even come as downloadable packages.

http://www.fsstation.com/- A very helpful site for all simmers.  It contains an artice section, A review section, which presents reviews off addons for FS, A gallery section, and a very helpful tutorials section, which includes very helpful information for simmers of all levels.
