http://www.autosport.com/news/report.php/id/73312 the thought of Danica in F1 is amusing as the thought of her winning the IRL championship.
She's caused more accidents than Yuji Ide, and quite frankly I'd rather have Ricardo Rosset in a car before her. And the thought of her trying to throw a temper tantrum on some of the F1 guys just brings a smile to my face. Screaming at Kimi for instance, might actually bring a smile to his face. Or trying to go up and punch Kubica.
Infact no do bring her in. That alone would make it worth putting up with it. Plus americans tend to dissapear for good after failing in F1.
Nothing against women driving in F1, Katherine Legg for instance I think has a lot of talent and could do well with some experience under her belt.
Same goes for American drivers, I think a guy like Kyle Bush would do well, he has a good ability to adapt to differant cars quickly. Carl Edwards is another I think deserves a shot. He got one over Michael Schumacher which shows he's quick. I believe it was Edwards who had an F1 test not long ago and was pretty much up there on the pace.
Sam Hornish, Jimmie Johnson, Jeff Gordon and heck even Tony Stewart (after rather lengthy diet) would be much better choices.
It's a shame they have an american drivers only idea right now. As Scott Dixon, Dan Wheldon, Dario Franchitti, Helio Castroneves (when he gets out of jail
) and Tony Kannan would all also be worth giving a look at.
