I'm a complete noob at traffic, but I just bought a new system, and I'm loading it down with stuff. Looking for a good traffic program(payware) that doesn't impact perf(if there is a program)

There is also some great freeware Traffic made by WOAI that is frame rate friendly and is very easy to install.
