Seems the FIA have too much free time on their hands, what with their perfect rules system. Roll Eyes
But it is rather a good read. I'd say it shows the system might work, but there are probably better ways to go about it, maybe a points overhaul. I cant imagine how quickly the 2003 and 2004 would have been over with the medals system, will have to look into it. God knows they were won quick enough as it was. Shocked

I read in a different article that Bernie is "pissed" because no one supports his medals idea

Thats because no one is.
I think the FIA's recent statements saying its up to the public to decide show that.
Usually if they think something is a good idea they'll do it without caring about the public opinion.
And until Bernard starts putting money down on the table for the teams, he can forget their support as well.
Right now the little mole is very much on his own, he has pretty much alienated himself from everyone.
