Irregardless of the scenery,or lack of it,it's still a nice set. It has a realistic feel to the area. Very nice.

Well thanks for looking everyone. I think I have seen everything there is to see in this cold snowy state. I checked out the population of Fargo which is the largest city. Only 99,000 est. The whole state of North Dakota only has around 600,000 people. I wonder whats to look at in Montana it's neighbor? Probably more snow. Grin I am having a great time flying this new Bellanca and showing all it's liveries. It's freeware that you can get here. http://www.freewebs.com/wreckerman/index.htmSmiley Bob

On the other side of ND (west side) you will find a little town called Dickinson off I90

I found this place by accident when I pulled into the town many many years ago (I still had hair) for gas and to shove some groceries down my throat.

best damn greasy spoon steak and eggs I ever had in a bowling alley no less and ever since then I always made it a stop when shooting private to Chicago, Milwaukee or St Paul, and back to Seattle

The place is a hole in the wall and it can be 50 below in the Winter but the food was just flat out country home cookin awesome

Its still a hole in the wall.. I was there last in 2004 and even the bowling alley was still there cookin 24hrs... their neon sign was powered by an industrial extension cord drug across the parking lot   ROFL!!

I would fly into Dickinson-Theodore Roosevelt Regional Airport just off main street about 4 miles south of I94  (typo before.. thats I94)

The bowling alley is on W Villard St

There ain't nuthin between Dickinson and Billings, MT

ahhhhhh  Billings

There was this girl in Billings, we called her Hottub Helen...   Cheesy

Best flight starts at Billings and follow I90 (its I90 at Billings) up through the Continental divide... if you hit the right time of day, sort of mid early morning or mid-late afternoon the sun shines up through the valley where highway (either 287 or 359) cuts off I90 and heads down into Yellowstone NP between the mountains

Dont know if the sim will show the lighting right

Helena is another great place.. Just north of Butte, MT
