well Ferrari and Mclaren are the two teams who produce the style cars, so if you think thats ugly wait and till you see what the rest come up with.

Don't worry, I've seen the release schedule in Autosport, and have "A car only a mother could love, pt II - IX" already lined up! Grin

Mclaren tomarrow right?

Depends whats the shipping time from Marrenello to woking?  Lips Sealed

They've given Nigel Stepney til Friday. Wink

But does that include the stop off at Renault though Grin

Matt

They'd have to drive further to the Renault factory than they do to get back to Woking. Wink

Agreed, the picture linked to by the OP does make the F60 look bleedin' awful, but if you have a look here I think it actually looks quite elegant.

something I've been confused about since the first picture. Whats happend to the KERS? The track car had the warning symbol on it but didn't have any sign of the system at all. Now either Ferrari have figured out a cooling system for it that no other team have yet, and have managed to package it so well it doesn't really show. Or they aren't running it and may not do so for a good few races.
I found an interview from I believe Aldo costa the cheif designer that Kimi was looking to drop weight which leads me to believe Ferrari are running the KERS system which makes the cars design very interesting. Cant wait to see a few more launches to get an idea.

I see that the car still has wheel hub covers/trim. I seem to remember reading that these are no long allowed in the new regulations. Anyone got any input regarding this?

A quick read of the rules suggests the idea of scrapping them was dropped. I cant see any mention of it in there.

Getting rid of them would lose space for sponsorship (particularly for cars with a less than ideal record of retirements) - not ideal in the credit crunch! Grin Grin Grin
