I can't even get a Jetway to work with FSX default aircraft. Such as the 747-800 and 747-400 Undecided

You must be right on the parking spot. I get the nosewheel as close as I can to the "T". Set your parking brake, engines off, open main exit, the press "Ctrl" + "j" (i think) and the jetway should start moving.

My specs... A hard drive, motherboard, graphics card, some memory, a keyboard, mouse, and monitor - in other words, nothing special.

In the Display settings, Graphics tab, make sure you put a ckeckmark in the box next to 'Advanced Animations'.

At that time [1909] the chief engineer was almost always the chief test pilot as well. That had the fortunate result of eliminating poor engineering early in aviation.          Igor Sikorsky

You know....you can just rip up a to-do list.
