Hi, You need to be specific about exactly what is happening & make sure you have tried all the obvious - empty cache- then read this :http://www.simviation.com/accessprob.htm

Let us know if you still have problems & exactly what they are & what you have tried to resolve things ...

Thanks

Hi,

You need to say what you have tried .... without that info I cannot suggest what else to try --- because 1st call are the ones I already suggested.

Try firefox - (what exactly happens & what message?)

Try Chrome - ditto

Make sure you have tried all the things mentioned in the Help page. Please say excactly what happened when you tried each one .... It WILL be one of the things mentioned ... it always is.

Yes - you have demonstrated that there is something in your system inhibiting connections.

Always the simplest things are the 1st to try - so if you are having trouble connecting try the following (1 at a time):

Reboot (- you should reboot a Windows/Vista PC daily)
Empty cache
Delete Temp Internet files
Reboot again

Reboot router (modem/whatever connection device)
Try an alternative browser (firefox/IE/chrome)
Try turning off firewall (you don't need your firewall off but this will tell you if your firwewall is blocking your connection)
Try another PC

In 99% of cases it will be one of the above causes and most of them are easy to cure.
