...to amaze me with with stupid glitches...
For example, today, while doing 'something' the toolbar and most programs became unresponsive. The only working program was fire fox.
This glitch is happening as we speak, so how do i fix it?
 
Err 30kb limit?

Lol

Try ctrl alt delete then end the windows explorer process

then back to applications and new task and type in "explorer"
